Terms of Service

  1. Non-installed hardware may be returned and fully refunded up to a period of 60 days after purchase, provided that it is returned to Keltronix intact.
  2. You may cancel your Eyesonhives service at any time, in writing, via email to info@keltronixinc.com. Remaining pre-paid and complete months will be eligible for a pro-rated refund via mailed check from Keltronix.
  3. You should identify candidate hives in areas with access to WiFi and power for monitoring with Eyesonhives.
  4. The Eyesonhives system requires WiFi and power to operate.
  5. All Service Plans consume data, and costs may be incurred by customer if data allowances from their Internet Service Provider are exceeded. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their bandwidth allowance.
  6. As a service, Keltronix can pre-configure hardware systems to automatically connect to the WiFi profile when powered on.
  7. In order to change the WiFi Profile being used, please alert Keltronix Support by email at support@keltronixinc.com.
  8. Keltronix is happy to offer on-site installation support in select cities only.
  9. Keltronix will reasonably attempt to restore any downed systems to operation or provide a written response of our investigation and recommendation on factors out of our control, within a week of detection.
  10. Technical Support is available by email any time. We will respond to email within 72 hours. Limited support is available by phone Monday to Friday 9am - 9pm.
  11. Eyesonhives hardware is weather resistant and has been tested under Santa Barbara conditions (rain, wind). The hardware is not water proof and must not be submersed in water.
  12. The 1 year warranty on hardware systems we provide covers issues in workmanship leading to system failure.
  13. The warranty and does not cover theft, cosmetic damage, or damage to the system Keltornix determines is due to excessive force or submersion.
